The Global Lounge is a space where both international and home students are encouraged to come together as a community to learn about different cultures and meet people from different backgrounds.

This session does exactly what it says on the tin, so come to the Global Lounge and make friends from all over the world! A fun selection of activities from board games to crafts, to quizzes and charades is on offer and University of Bristol students will have the opportunity to send a postcard home, free of charge. You can join in the fun, led by our brilliant student ambassadors – or, if you prefer, simply chill out and chat while enjoying a hot drink and some delicious treats!

This event will help get you get settled in at your new home and give you the opportunity to meet other students at the University. You will make connections from the moment you arrive!

This event is free and open to all students. Availability is limited and booking is essential to guarantee your place.
