About this event

Hi, I'm Steph. As a certified holistic health coach and I help men and women over 35 to get back in the driving seat of their health. Whether it's stress, sleep or feeling like a slave to diets, I educate and help them make changes that fits with their life.

Make SENSE of your HEALTH is a back to basics approach to understand the key pillars of wellbeing that we didn't get taught in school, and, in today's modern world, we need self care education more than ever.

Each week, over 5 weeks, (with an addtional bonus week) I'll be covering subjects that directly impact our wellbeing. SLEEP, ENERGY, NUTRITION, STRESS MANAGEMENT, and EXERCISE. You will learn and take informed action. No confusion, just direction and dedication.

These classes start on Tuesday 23rd of September at 7pm until 7.55pm and run through to Tuesday 28th of October. The final session (6) is a free bonus session which covers the topic of Hormone Health.
