Having grown up helping out in her father's restaurant, Claire has always had a passion for hospitality. "Engaging with people and making customers happy makes me happy!"

Based in Jersey, she realised eight years ago that there was a gap in market for helping businesses to deliver better customer service. Her background in hospitality and having first hand experience of the difference exceptional customer service can make to a company's bottom line, Claire is utterly driven in her desire to make her clients see the importance of making their customers feel valued.

Her aptly named comany The Busy Queen Bee is focused on helping businesses improve service levels, have a more engaged workforce and earn more loyal customers. "Customer service is a long-term “thing”, it’s not a soft skill, nor is it fluffy and full of air. It is about building strong relationships with your internal and external customers and is the essence of relationship marketing."
