Make your Mind Work For You

This one day workshop looks at how to make the most of our minds. Our modern, digital age means we are bombarded with information and that technology can do the thinking for us, so it’s very difficult to switch off. We often feel overwhelmed and have forgotten how to use our brains in more helpful, constructive ways. We will look at how food can boost cognitive function and help you cope better with modern stressors. We will also work with specific yoga postures and tools to focus your mind and change thinking patterns for the better; including releasing subconscious habits via group hypnotherapy.
