Make Your Own Kimchi: online workshop
Event Information
About this Event
I will guide you through this age-old process of food preservation via zoom, in the comfort of your own kitchen. Together we will learn a new skill that can be shared among your friends and one that can be used to create original ideas for Christmas presents.
Simple to make and bursting with beneficial bacteria, Kimchi delivers a natural, healthy tonic that helps feed the gut flora (microbiota) and in turn, creates a larger diversity of bacterial species. This is so important to help protect the body from outside toxins and pathogens that enter our bodies every day, as well as support our elimination and detoxification pathways. Also ideal to help save food waste and add that oomph back into tired vegetables! 🥕🌶️🥬🧄
The process of making kimchi can often seem confusing or complicated, however, I am here to guide you through it, so next time, you can manage it all by yourself.
