This year we’ve been granted a special license from The C.S Lewis Foundation to create our very own Assembly House Afternoon Tea in Narnia.

Head of Pastry Mark Mitson’s beautifully themed cakes headline our famous tea service. He’ll open up his recipe book and box of tricks and show you how to make these magical cakes for yourself. There will be mid-morning pastries for you to enjoy, and we’ll add the sandwiches so that you can take home a completed afternoon tea for four people.

Students are given expert tuition and recipe sheets with step-by-step instructions as they cook at their own work stations on a central aisle.
