Nature Journal Workshop
Upcycled Bookbinder Cass Barron will lead this creative workshop to create a hand-stitched nature journal, featuring a decorative cover and Japanese stab inspired stitching that incorporates a twig into the spine.
A great introduction to the fun and satisfying craft of bookbinding, with lots of ideas on how to incorporate recycled and remnant materials. You'll leave the workshop with a finished book that can be used as a nature journal, notebook or sketchbook, with access to Cass's online instructions should you wish to make more books at home.
This workshop is for adults and children aged 10+. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult, so if booking a ticket for your child, please book a ticket for yourself too. Adults without a child are also most welcome!
There are 2 workshops available on the day - 11am - 12.15pm
12.45 - 2pm
