Do I need any pottery experience?
No experience necessary! This class is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced potters who would like to join like-minded creatives for a fun Workshop.
What should I bring?
Nothing! Everything you need including clay and tools is provided. I may recommend wearing something you don't mind getting dirty.
How many pieces can I make?
Your completed, fired & glazed trinket dish is included within the session cost. If you wish to make and keep additional items that's no problem. There will be a small additional charge, payable on the day to cover clay and firing costs.
Will my pieces come out of the firing perfectly?
Although all due care will be taken processing your makes, issues such as air bubbles or weak joins can lead to breakages during the firing process. I cannot guarantee pieces will come through the firing perfectly, though I will show you during the class how to minimise the risk.
How do I get my pottery back?
Your pottery will be ready to collect in 1-2 weeks. You'll be notified once your pottery is ready to collect from Moon Cottage or can opt for delivery for £5 p&p.
