Make Your Own Silver Ring
Join Sarah, in the Wye-Creative Craft Studio to make your own unique silver ring in this jewellery making class. During the class you will have the chance to design and make your own simple silver ring. You will be guided step by step through each stage as well as having the freedom to make a ring unique to you. We will use a range of traditional silversmithing techniques and tools, from cutting to soldering, texturing, sanding and polishing to create a beautiful ring that you can cherish forever. This class is suitable for complete beginners and those with jewellery making knowledge. This is a great opportunity for people who are looking at spending time with family or friends as well as someone who wants to become more creative. You are welcome to bring ideas along, or drop me a message before you arrive and we can chat through your ideas.Aprons will be-supplied to protect your clothes as well as safety glasses when needed. Please bring glasses if you need them for reading or close up work. If you have long hair please bring a hairband to tie your hair up. My dog Bramble may be with us during the workshop. If you have any worries or concerns around dogs, please let me know as I am happy to arrange for her to be looked after by someone else during the workshop.
