Make Your Own Suki Dress - Garment of the Month
Event Information
About this Event
We are so excited to launch our first Garment of the Month Programme! For the month of February we will be making the Suki Dress from Tilly and the Buttons. This is a chic, simple and versatile dress that you can really make your own! By signing up you will get a copy of the dress pattern and two online workshops with our sewing tutor Jo. You will need to buy your own fabric for the dress.
How does it work?
- After you register you will receive an email with the details of the fabric and notions needed and some suggested shops to purchase from.
- We will post your pattern directly to your house.
- The first Zoom workshop will be all about getting comfortable cutting out your pattern and materials. The date and time of this session will be confirmed once each participant has received their pattern and fabric.
- The second Zoom workshop will be a 3 hour session where Jo will show you how to complete your garment. This will be held on February 24th from 6pm - 9pm.
This is an intermediate sewing workshop so we suggest that you are comfortable using a sewing machine if you will be taking part. You will need access to a sewing machine.
