Social Enterprise - a key to transforming your VCS organisation

Haringey Community Collaborative is pleased to present this one-off session with local community space The Engine Room, as they share their experience in running a successful charity.

A high energy two hours at The Engine Room, learn how to quickly increase your income through social enterprise and long term partnerships.

Led by Andrew Johnston with 40 years' experience of the commercial and charity sectors, the first hour will highlight some of the key learnings of the first eight years at The Engine Room. In the second, you will be challenged to create your own plan for growth in 30 minutes using the Business Plan framework from a recent VCS session and you will need to pitch your idea in 5 minutes to Andrew and his team of dragons!
