Making an IMPACT on Sales Performance

A high IMPACT workshop combined with one day of field or work based personal sales coaching to refresh skills and ensure that they are being put into action. The programme is designed with small and medium sized businesses in mind, for individuals that have a responsibility for delivering a sales result, either those that have never had any formal sales training or need the skills refreshing.
The programme includes:
- Building key sales and business development skills and assembling a sales "toolkit"
- Understanding the sales process
- Developing a sales pipeline
Attendees create an action plan to make an impact on performance which is then followed by the day of sales coaching to implement the plan.
