Over the TWO days, you will develop your artisan culinary skills as we separate curds and whey, press cheeses overnight, stretch and fold sourdough bread and so much more…</h3>Sara Ward will welcome you to Hen Corner with fresh coffee and home made bakes. After an introduction to our time together we will start making our first cheese following the whole process from beginning to end. Whilst the milk ripens and sets, we will turn our hand to sourdough bread; the original craft.
