Making Generation R - Resilience Through Inspiration
Event Information
About this Event
Government research shows that Resilience contributes to healthy behaviours and better mental wellbeing. One of the most effective ways to encourage resilience is through inspiration from others who have overcome difficulties in their lives.
Through the campaign: Making Generation R - Resilience Through Inspiration, we are offering a FREE webinar (delivered via MS Teams) to all health and social care staff members across the STP which is designed to help people build their resilience. This webinar series supports injured veterans from Blesma, The Limbless Veterans Charity to share their inspiring stories about overcoming adversity with employees in workplaces across the UK.
