This year's annual creative and cultural showcase sector event is, Make growth inclusive, creatively!

How do we harness the power of the arts to inform local inclusive growth?

Join us for debate and strategy-setting workshops on key themes:

  • How culture and the arts can shape national inclusive growth strategies
  • Embedding arts into local growth strategies
  • Diversity and employment barriers to creative careers
  • Sector skills needs – asks and offers for the future

When: Thursday 2 May 2019

Where: UK Centre for Carnival Arts, Luton

Time: 9.30am to 1.30pm, including lunch

Confirmed guest speakers include:

Hedley Swain, Area Director, Arts Council England | Robert West, CC Skills | Dr Ann Limb CBE DL, SEMLEP Cultural Ambassador | Andrew Miller, UK Government Disability Champion for Arts and Culture | Marie Kirbyshaw, Director Luton Culture | Tola Dabiri, Managing Director, UKCCA

Guests will be treated to a performance from artists at UKCCA.
