About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Why hybrid isn’t working - hybrid working isn’t working. Organisations regularly get it wrong, causing frustration and rising tensions in the workplace.

In this session, Gary Cookson from EPIC HR will be discussing why this is, where hybrid has come from and where it is going, and some of the key considerations organisations and their leaders need to make to get hybrid working. What happens if we mandate attendance, but what happens if we don’t? Why do so many organisations get it wrong, and what can we do to fix that?

This event will be useful for businesses that already have hybrid working in place and are wanting to see if they can improve their model. Also, businesses that are only new to hybrid working and thinking of bringing it into their workplaces.

The event will allow us to evaluate the best practices and techniques to embed hybrid working effectively from the beginning. There will be time throughout the session to ask Gary any questions you may have and have them answered by an expert in the field
