Keynote Speakers, Cathy Leach and Kerry Blandford are the proud Directors of Optimec Metrology Limited, a specialist Manufacturing Company established in 2020. From their Malvern facility they manufacture, supply, service, repair and maintain soft contact lens metrology instrumentation, for the global contact lens industry. They are proud to support and promote British manufacturing with 79% of their revenue being raised from worldwide exports to over 37 countries. At this event they will be discussing the challenges women face in a asector that is exclusively male.
