About the “Making It REAL” Project:

The project helps parents support their children’s early literacy at home using the ORIM framework – Opportunities, Recognition, Interaction, and Models. It focuses on four key areas: Environmental Print, Books, Early Writing (Mark Making), and Oral Language. This event highlights Environmental Print – using everyday signs and labels to build your child’s early reading skills in fun, practical ways.
