With rising pressure on social care budgets an increasing number of councils are recognising the value of their contact centres to streamline social care practices and manage contact with service users. This approach supports risk stratification of requests and users, and frees up social, community and public health workers to focus on complex cases.
This event will explore the increasing role of customer services in providing a single access point for services that are often being delivered by multiple agencies and not for profit organisations. This “learn and share” event aims to look at this particular topic along with upcoming developments to share best practice and lessons learnt, discuss challenges and opportunities, and foster stronger relationships.
