The first part of the workshop will explore what ADHD really is—beyond the stereotypes—covering attention regulation, impulsivity, emotional sensitivity, and how it often presents differently in different people. The second half will dive into executive functioning: the brain’s control panel. We'll look at why things like memory, organisation, time management, and motivation are so difficult when these skills are underdeveloped or overwhelmed.
