About this Event
Making Sense of ADHD
Never been to a virtual learning event? It is like an on-line workshop where you can see the trainer, other attendees, you can type questions, draw on whiteboards, meet with others in break out rooms and see a whole host of visual and written resources. You can also simply watch and learn if that’s your preference.
It is simple to join from a smart-phone or PC/tablet. You will be emailed a link that you simply need to click at the time the session is taking place. Full details of how to access the course will be sent to you once you have registered.
About the course
This course will help parents and carers to understand ADHD and the impact it has on their child's relationships, behaviour and day-to-day life. It explores some basic strategies and will share information on the local resources that could be available to parents, carers, children and young people for support.
This course may also be beneficial for people working or volunteering with children and young people with a diagnosis of ADHD.
This course is being delivered by Reaching Families on behalf of West Sussex Mind.
