Making Shared Care a Reality Resource Launch
Overview
Caring for someone with dementia is a shared journey. This webinar launches a new Shared Care Resource, co-created with care home staff and family carers to make that journey a little easier. Drawing on research and pilot site experience, the resource brings together perspectives and approaches to strengthen communication, trust, and teamwork between unpaid carers and care home staff. Join us to explore what shared care really looks like in practice, hear from those involved in developing it, and take away inspiration for your own work in care homes.
