Making Spend Matter is a Transfer Network of 7 European cities, funded through the URBACT III Programme and the European Regional Development Fund, exploring how spend analysis can be used as an evidence base to improve public procurement and deliver wider benefits to communities and places.

The final conference will be hosted online by the city of Schaerbeek. The full conference will be available in English with interpretations available in French and Dutch.

All ticket types allow access to the opening session and panel discussion.

11.00 – 11.45 CET (GMT + 1): Parallel sessions

Within this section there will be three sessions running parallel, giving you the opportunity to hear from the Making Spend Matter partners in more depth about what they have learnt throughout the project on the following topics:

1. Advanced Spend Analysis, Strategic Plans, and Social Value Procurement Frameworks.
2. Anchor Institutions and SME Engagement
3. Social and Environmental Criteria

Please choose which one you would like to attend when selecting your ticket.

These sessions are on a first come first served basis, so if your first choice session is full, please book onto your second choice session.

12.00 – 13.00 CET (GMT + 1): Panel Discussion
