Making the connections global to local
A joint Tide~ BEP Event for teachers and school leaders
Saturday 7th January 2017
10.00 - 12.45
An event to shape plans for a new Tide~ BEP curriculum development programme focusing on learning and global connections. The programme will support work in both primary and secondary schools.
It will be open to schools across the West Midlands. The event will stimulate our own thinking about development and explore perspectives from students and teachers. What are the key learning challenges about understanding global to local connections?
Our creativity will be facilitated by inputs from Colm Regan author of 80:20 and students from Moseley School. Tim Boyes [CEO BEP] and Rita Chowdhury [Tide~] will help us reflect on the key challenges for learners growing up in a complex changing global city.
There is now NO CHARGE for this event, but please do register for your place.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your booking.
