A programme of support for professionals involved in primary music including:
Teachers and senior leaders responsible for co-ordinating music across a school;
Primary specialists who wish to develop their musical expertise and share strategies for successful music teaching across their school;
Musicians and music educators working in primary classrooms who wish to develop their ability to plan and deliver outstanding music lessons.
The programme is designed to be flexible so that it can be tailored to the specific requirements of participants and their school.
Delivering Outstanding Music Provision

This course focuses on the practicalities of delivering outstanding music lessons, covering differentiation, assessment and classroom management alongside practical workshops and one-to-one coaching.
Recommended package available for up to 10 delegates offering ongoing support across the academic year £425 per delegate (£400 for any additional delegate from the same school):
Two professional development days at Gipsy Hill Leadership Centre focused on developing sustainable outstanding music provision at your school
A follow-up visit to delegate(s) in your school after each professional development day from an outstanding music practitioner from the Federation, offering observation, coaching and feedback to help delegates evaluate their progress and to offer advice and solutions OR a twilight session to develop subject knowledge for your staff (precise package tailored to fit the school’s requirements)
