This 2.5 hr training enables individuals to gain an understanding of the benefits of Supervision to themselves, their clients and the organisation, as well as an understanding of their role and expectations and how to prepare and maximise the use of their supervision sessions.
Supervision is an opportunity for staff to have regular structured time with a trained supervisor to talk in a confidential setting about their work. This bespoke training programme is aimed at all clinical staff who will be expected to attend Supervisor or Supervisee training. Supervisors and Supervisees have clearly defined responsibilities and associated competencies which are covered during the training.
PRIVACY STATEMENT – The information collected during the booking of any Family Nursing & Home Care education event will be used by us to update our training & attendance records, and the data will be stored on a secure portal where access is restricted to the our Education & Development Team. This data will be retained in line with our retention policy. Other than with the course instructor, your data will not be shared with any other third party except with your express consent or unless permitted/required by law.
