Join our Head Butcher, Robert Cruise, to find out what really goes into our sausages!
Working from the carcass, Robert will lead you through the cuts of meat we use - then you get to play!
Once you have mastered mixing and stringing sausages (or at least tried to) you can take some sausages home!
