Making Time for Black Mental Health Events is a nonprofit powered by Think Tenacity Academy CIC @ThinkTenacity providing access to Black therapists for Black people (UK wide).
We provide online education available 24-7 on Black mental health issues to raise awareness to reduce the stigma and health inequalities faced by the Black community.

Yes, our Think Tenacity Black therapists are from the Caribbean, African & Mixed Heritage plus, 100% qualified and professional.

3. What happens if I feel triggled at the event or need wellbeing support.
Send an email SerenaEventManager@ThinkTenacity.com to book a free 30 minute session with our Black therapist.
4.Why Black people should attend.
Finally, #YourVoiceCounts this is a safe fun event and platform for all Black People to get free Black mental halth support you need plus you get to hear real lived experience self-care stories from the panel and Think Tenacity Community Speakers, see YouTube video.
5.Can I bring a friend or family / I don't want to come alone?
Yes, you can bring a friend/family with you and we don't judge if you need to leave the event early.
6.I'm not black, can I still attend?
Finally, this is a safe, fun platform for Black People to finally have a voice. You should attend this event because it is free to attend and share "Black Storytelling", hear community views, get FREE Black mental health support you need from Black therapists who look like you.
7.What is the dress code?
Wear anything that is comfortable, there is NO DRESS CODE and yes trainers/sports wear is very welcome.
8. I have my own practice or work for NHS as a Counsellor, CBT, Therapist, Support Worker, Social Work, Mental Health Nurse, wellbeing practitioner, can I still attend?
YES. Absolutely - there's a lot to learn on at Making Time for Black Mental Health Greenwhich Event in your role as a mental health professional.
