Description
As an attraction or activity, what are you doing well? What areas could you improve upon? Is there anything you are doing that is bad practice or could be changed very simply?
With this training being delivered by a VisitEngland Quality Assurance Assessor, you will be able to learn about the criteria attractions are assessed on and how you can exceed visitor expectations, as well as avoiding the pitfalls commonly found during quality assessments.
At the end of the morning you will have seen some examples of poor and good practice, learned about customer service, online presence plus the importance of cleanliness, retail, catering and visitor experiences.
All of which hopefully will inspire and assist you in improving your attraction for your customers – who after having a great time with you will then become your ambassadors!
