Making Your Digital Activity Work For You - Create & Curate Campaigns

This intensive full day workshop is packed full of great practical, tactical and strategic advice on how to ensure that your business makes more money online across a range of digital marketing channels. Throughout this day you will gain insight on how to understand your audience and how to create and curate the right content to attract them, keep them and convert them.

This is a great opportunity to access enterprise level training through the partnership with Cooksey Consultancy.

Who is it for?

The course is designed to help those that are responsible for making more money online for businesses. It is especially useful for those with a respobsibility for online marketing platforms (such as social media and websites) that want clarity on how to increase their online presence and increase customer engagement. This is designed for SMEs targeting growth in particular.

Course Level

The course starts with the basics but quickly extends to in depth technical detail that would be appropriate for those that would like to enhance their understanding.

09:30-11:00 Optimising Your Digital Footprint (What You Need on Your Social Media Profiles and Website)

11:15-13:00 Creating Content:

- Making Engaging Images (30 minutes)

- Making Videos (30 Minutes)

- Curating Tools (45 minutes)

13:00-13:45 Lunch Break - Please notes about food requirements

13:45-14:45 Creating a Campaign (Building a Calendar, Pulling Together Content, Scheduling)

14:45-15:30 Placing adverts (Facebook, Google and Twitter)

15:30-15:45 Refreshment Break

15:45-16:45 Using Analytics

This event will deliver 7 hours of information, diagnostic and brokerage delivery. This event is only able to be free due to ERDF Funding.

What You Will Need to Bring

This course is fully interactive and will be hands on. You will be required to bring your own:

Laptop (with your own charging cables if required this is a long day)

Camera Phone (one that is compatible with your laptop, so you can download, send or blue tooth video and pictures from to your own laptop, and dont forget the charger!)

FAQs

I want to book for more than one person from my company?

Due to the popularity of these events we are only able to allow one person per company to attend. However, please email sue.simmons@newanglia.co.uk, if you wish a colleague to attend as well and if we have cancellations we will notify you immediately in first come, first served basis to offer another ticket.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available on site at the venue.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not provided, but drinks tea, coffee, water and juice will be supplied. Sorry due to the way we are funded we cannot include lunch. However, you are very welcome to bring your own, we apologise for this inconvenience.

At the Green Britain Centre there is a cafe, which you are welcome to use, so please bring money with you if you wish to. Please be advised the whole site is vegan. Therefore if you do have any non-vegan goods with you for your own lunch, please eat these within the room you are being taught at and take that rubbish home with you. this is at the request of the venue.

What will be done with the information I supply?

Your information will be stored on eventbrite according to eventbrites terms and conditions. Upon arrival you will be required to sign in on our attendance sheet, this is to provide evidence of your attendance and will be kept on server as evidence for our ERDF funding. After your attendance will be stored on the secure Growth Hub CRM system. This is required in order to provide evidence of your attendance and eligibility for the course. This will be kept to the statutory dates any only accessible to Growth Programme and authorised personnel. If you request further contact from an adviser post this event they will use this information to contact you and log any future interactions, again to evidence for ERDF funding.

Your information will not be given to any third parties without your permission.

Any paperwork completed by you for the course is yours to keep unless you wish the trainer or the Growth Hub to hold these for you, for which we will ask you to sign.
