For many self-employed consultants, structuring your time productively can be one of the biggest challenges. How do you stay organised and focused? How do you make sure you get enough time away from the business?
The first part of the session will give you a number of helpful and practical tips for managing your time better when you’re self employed, and make your time really work for you.
Nigel Scott, Action Coaching Nigel Scott has been a business coach working mainly in Wiltshire and Swindon since 2005. He helps business owners get more of what they want from their business and their life, especially though effective time management and getting more time away from the business, and making more cash and more profit. Nigel speaks regularly at his own seminars and other events where he has helped hundreds of business owners with practical ideas to help them move their business forward.
Technology can use up vast amounts of time, especially maintaining a social media presence on Facebook and Twitter. But if can also free up significant amounts of time too.
The second part of the session will help you to explore the technical innovations that you can use within your business to save you time and help you to work more productively. There will be some demonstrations and plenty of opportunity for questions.
Andy Platts, Jireh Solutions Ltd Andy Platts has specialised in Information Technology for over 25 years, including running his own IT sales and support business for the last 10 years. He originally trained as a communications engineer and has worked in both the UK and overseas. His wide-ranging experience enables him to offer strategic advice aligning IT developments to the wider needs of the business. In recent years Andy has put this experience to good use as an approved advisor under both the Superfast Business and Growth Accelerator schemes.
