Making Your Small Spaces Future Proof
Event Information
About this Event
Few under estimate the impact that Covid-19 has on the way that we work, and in the last 12months we have adapted to working from home and moved away from the Monday to Friday, 9-5 office routine that so many of us took for granted.
As the Government lays out a roadmap for the future, it has never been a better time to step back and take a look at your organisation – what you and your people need and want and how you can deliver that in a way that is sustainable for the future.
The world of work is changing for good, and whilst that brings with it many challenges, it also presents opportunities for organisations of all sizes, and irrespective of the size of workspace that you occupy.
In our webinar we want to explore the reasons why Ingleton Wood decided to make a change to their workspace – pre-Covid – to a more agile environment, and how they went about doing so, with the support of Baker Stuart’s consultancy approach in gathering the data that is essential for a robust, evidence-based strategy. We will then dive further into the process to understand how a desire to change - and the data to confirm what people want to change - can translate into a functional design whatever the size of the space. We will share the outcome of this process for us, sharing success stories from agile working environment that Ingleton Wood have created for the future. We will also share how the benefits we’re seeing will stand us in good stead for not just in the more immediate post-Covid world, but for the future of work more generally.
Agenda:
- Why Ingleton Wood decided to move to a more agile working environment
- How they worked with Baker Start to gather data and evidence that would drive their future working strategy and design process
- What the design process entailed to make the most of the 3,650m2 space
- How the benefits of this change in environment have impacted the organisation and ensured that the office is somewhere people to visit in the post-Covid world
- What are the steps you can take to design an agile working space and how we can assist you
