From rich single malts matured in sherry, red wine, and virgin oak casks, to unique limited editions that showcase Canada’s natural spirit, Macaloney whiskies bridge old-world tradition with new-world creativity. Guests will experience the diversity of styles, discovering how terroir, cask influence, and meticulous craftsmanship shape every sip.
Carl’s journey began on the Isle of Skye in 2000, where a wedding sparked a lifelong passion for whisky. After nearly two decades of immersion, he founded Les frères Spirit in Quebec, representing distilleries such as Isle of Raasay, Nc’Nean, Port of Leith, and Badachro. Today, as an Advanced Whisky Ambassador and instructor, he shares his knowledge with whisky lovers around the world.
