Mam-Gu, Mam and Me is a hands-on exhibition of materials related to the history and sociology of baby feeding in Wales and beyond. As a visitor, you will be encouraged to handle the artefacts and consider your own experience of baby feeding. You can expect to see historical feeding bottles, breastpumps, formula milk tins, nipple shields, breastfeeding shawls, adverts and public health leaflets, photographs and artwork. Additional posters will provide information on the history of baby feeding, current breastfeeding rates in different parts of Wales and in comparison to other countries, and introduction to current sociological research in the field. Experts will be on hand to answer your questions.
