Event description
Mama circle is a safe, sacred and nourishing space for mothers to gather in community and healing.

About this event

Held by our core practitioner Dr Sara Alsaraf, Creative Arts Therapist

Mama circle is a safe, sacred and nourishing space for mothers to gather in community and healing. We meet twice monthly, on Friday evenings after the new moon and full moon.

Over the course of seven months we will explore the wisdom and healing potential of the seven chakras. Sessions will include healing & grounding practices, breath and heart connection, guided meditation, dance and movement, sharing space, creative practices, and deep rest.

In June we look to the third-eye chakra -- intuition, imagination and foresight. We will meet Friday 11th June and Friday 25th June at 8.45pm-10pm.

You can participate as much or as little as you want to, dip in and out if little ones call.

This space is for all mamas, including people who are pregnant and grandmothers. Our space is inclusive of trans and gender non-conforming mamas.

Sessions are held on zoom, with guidelines to ensure the space remains safe and confidential.

Please have a candle and a notebook ready.
