Mama Meet Up Hackney Brunch – Warm Hub & Community Support

Join us for our Mama Meet Up Hackney Brunch, a welcoming weekly space for mums to connect, eat well, and feel supported during the colder months.

This free community brunch runs as a warm hub, offering hot meals and providing culturally sensitive food bags, for mothers and families who may be feeling the impact of the cost-of-living crisis. Alongside food, we create space for conversation, connection, and peer support.

Each session includes:

• A nourishing hot brunch
• Culturally sensitive food bags based on healthy recipes
• A swap shop for children’s clothes and essentials
• Peer support and practical signposting
• Occasional cooking demos and recipe sharing

We also host some weekend sessions (keep and eye out for links) to ensure mums who can’t attend during the week are included.

This is a relaxed, non-judgemental space — come as you are, with or without your little ones. Whether you’re looking for support, connection, or simply a warm place to spend time with other mums, you are welcome here.
