Yes, absolutely! This is a baby-friendly space. Feel free to bring your little one — no pressure!

I’m breastfeeding — will there be space/time for that?

Of course. You’re welcome to feed at any point during the session. We’ll keep the environment relaxed and supportive.

What if I can’t stay for the full 90 minutes?

That’s okay! We understand mum life is unpredictable. You’re welcome to come for as much of the session as you can manage.
