About this Event

Come and join Mamawell for an energising and uplifting postnatal workout.

Bootcamp starts with pelvic floor and core work, joint mobilisation and stabilisation to provide the base for the higher intensity circuits that follow. You will work the whole body both with resistance training and cardio movements that are safe for the postnatal body.

Little ones are welcome, in their pram or playing on a mat (or leave them at home if you have childcare!)

When Rosie become mum to Charlotte (age two), she observed the lack of quality information regarding the changes to the body through pregnancy and labour and what this meant for exercise post-baby. As an experienced trainer and dancer working globally, Rosie founded Mamawell to provide women with the education and benefits that exercise can bring both for strength and energy. Rosie now has an extensive following in London and the UK through her bootcamp classes, personal training and her just launched MAMAWELL Method video series. The MAMAWELL Method is a specialised programme available for use at home for the postnatal body, promoting increased energy, fitness and strength whilst being mindful of the adaptations the body makes throughout pregnancy and childbirth. Easy to follow, informative and effective: the MAMAWELL Method empowers all women who have become mothers to exercise in the most beneficial way for their body.
