Mamma Anna & Co. Cookery Class - Main Course: Semolina Pasta

During this class you will unlock the ultimate secrets behind one of the most famous Italian main course dishes: semolina pasta (vegan pasta)! You will be revealed all the tricks behind the perfect dough and prepare different shapes of pasta. Think of orecchiette or cavatelli, traditional pasta from Apulia. At the end of the class you will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine.
Classes are for everyone who’s looking to develop new artisanal skills and learn authentic recipes while having fun and the opportunity to express creativity in a professional kitchen.
Classes are up to 4 participants each Saturday at 4:30pm or Sunday at noon, duration is about 1hr and a half, but please allow for up to 15' overruns.
Tickets are non-refundable and / or exchangeable. If you have any dietary requirements please specify on the booking form.
Price is of £50 (incl vat) and comprises of all the ingredients, materials and consumables.
You will bring home all of what you've cooked.
