During this class you will unlock the ultimate secrets behind one of the most famous Italian main course dishes: ravioli! You will learn all the tricks behind the perfect pasta dough, how to prepare delicious fillings and different shapes of filled pasta. At the end of the class you will also enjoy a glass of wine that pairs the recipe you have prepared.
Classes are for everyone who’s looking to develop new technical skills and learn tasty recipes while having fun and the opportunity to express their creativity in a professional kitchen.
Classes are up to 4 participants each Saturday at 4:30pm or Sunday at noon, duration is about 1hr and a half, but please allow for up to 15' overruns.
Tickets are non-refundable and / or exchangeable. If you have any dietary requirements please specify on the booking form.
Price is of £50 (incl vat) and comprises of all the ingredients, materials and consumables.
