What is your refund policy ?

We do not offer refunds. There is a great deal of "sunk cost" involved in organising the event and we are a not for profit organisation. In rare cases we consider refunds with medical or vet certs. This is at our absolute discretion. No refunds at all will be considered within 6 weeks of the event.
