About this event
Do you suffer with Hot flushes/ night sweats, Brain fog, Tiredness, Aches and pains, Itchy, sensitive skin or Bloating?
Transition through the menopause can be far smoother with some pre-emptive work to strengthen the body. At this workshop we will look at symptoms that many women suffer before and during menopause. We’ll offer supportive strategies, and look at which remedies may be appropriate in specific situations to help manage symptoms.
