Emotions can take us to our highest highs and lowest lows, and it can be tricky for many of us to find a sense of balance amongst ever-changing circumstances. Have you noticed how the more you try and control your emotions the worse it can feel? In this one day workshop we’ll work on recognising emotions in the body, welcoming rather than resisting them, identifying false moods and developing our ability to switch to more helpful emotional states. We will also look at how switching up your food can change your mood, moving away from comfort eating and sugar cravings, to foods that will nourish and support your mind and body.
