Event description
Organisation and management culture is strategic and tactical - it effects everything in the business for good and bad.

About this Event

That an organisation has a unique culture was first researched and understood by Dr. Roger Harrison in the 1970s. Others with unique insights like Prof. Charles Handy built on Roger's thinking and experience which continues to the present day. I was fortunate to have Roger as a mentor and develop the operational and digital impact of organisations culture, and how crucial balancing culture to strategy is.

At the end of this open session you will have an appreciation of leadership style and organisation culture, and its practical affects on business performance.
