Management & Leadership Apprenticeships Review
Wed 16 November 2016, 09:30 – 12:30 GMT
Do you want to be involved in the design and approval process of new Management and Leadership Apprenticeships at all levels, from supervisors to senior leaders?
Do you need to understand and explore how the new Apprenticeship Levy funding applies to your organisation and can help fund your organisation's skills development?
If so come join our free workshop on Wed 16th November in Huddersfield when we will be reviewing design proposals for new, shorter apprenticeships, highly focussed on innovation and leading to CMI qualifications up to masters level.
These are all intended to boost the quality of management and leadership across all sectors and all types of organisations - from owner managed micro-businesses through to our largest public sector employers.
The past two years have seen momentous changes in education and vocational training in England that create great opportunities for employers to overcome the deep-rooted, national challenges that we face, such as a poorer productivity than our competitors, a pronounced skills shortage across key sectors and an ageing workforce.
Whilst employers traditionally cut back on training in times of economic uncertainty, the new Apprenticeship Levy (due from April 2017) provides a financial driver - stronger than ever before, for employers to focus on critical skills development.
