Manager Essentials Follow-Up: Action Learning

It is recommended that those wishing to attend this event should have attended Powerful Questioning and the Practical Coaching Skills workshops.
We are offering an opportunity for managers to review and consolidate learning from previous Manager Essentials workshops they have attended.
The objectives are:
- review and build on successes from workshops attended so far
- practice action learning as a tool to help you find solutions to real work issue
During the workshop we will introduce a tool called Action Learning. This is a process whereby a group of peers (with the help of a facilitator) use discussion, questions and reflection to work out their own solutions to their real, work issues and dilemmas. The group take it in turns to work on their problems or issues, and they learn through the questions and observations offered by the others.
