Managing Absence in the Workplace

We work with a range of clients supporting them on how to manage their people effectively. Unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary to manage absence.
This workshop will equip you with the skills required to conduct an effective return to work interview, manage short-term and long-term absence.
Each delegate will receive a certificate, which you can use as evidence to demonstrate continuous professional development and you can also use this should you have to defend any employment tribunal claims.
