This morning session is designed to improve your understanding about how to manage allergens at your facility and to give you and your customers’ confidence.

This complex topic will be explored with the help of our guest speakers - industry experts in their field of allergen management:

  • Richard Fielder and Adrian Rogers: Bio-Check (UK)
  • Dr Jordan Edridge: Ifp Labs UK
  • Just Love Foods Ltd

The sessions will all be followed by plenty of time for questions and discussion will be encouraged.

Who should attend?

This event is ideal for those who want to improve their knowledge of allergen management, ideally SMEs but may benefit larger micro businesses (e.g. those with SALSA or working towards it) or technical team members from larger businesses who are learning in their role.
