Course dates: Tue 30 Sept, 10am - 4pm (IN-PERSON) then Tue 21 Oct and Tue 11 Nov both 10am - 1pm and held ONLINE.
The dates are spread out to leave time for practice and reflection.
Course Overview
This course is a blend of sharing theory / tools and small / large group discussions around how to apply them to ‘real life’. Participants will gather in person as a group on the first day, and the next two sessions will be held online.

- How to harness diversity within a team to strengthen impact
- How to enjoy work more (using a psychometric tool)
> What is organisational culture
- What does it mean when some of us are still working at home

> Future Planning – for a team / organisation / yourself

As the training course has online sessions, you are required to register with Zoom. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes.
