The Development and Alumni Relations Office in partnership with Ulster University Business School invite you to a Women in Leadership event in Dublin.

Be inspired and network with fellow Ulster graduates and friends of the University.

There has been a huge amount of reflection and analysis of leadership styles since millennials joined the workforce. As they have well and truly been embedded in organisations of all shapes and sizes now, it’s time to welcome our next cohort. Generation Z are empowered with social media influence, digitally native and globally aware. What matters to them? What motivates them? How will we manage them?

Susan HayesCulleton co-founded #SavvyTeenAcademy in 2015 and works with hundreds of this age-group every year. She co-authored the Leaving Cert economics textbook and facilitates the unlocking of strategic knowledge in organisations around the world through her other business BECKSearch. Susan HayesCulleton, CFA,

“The Positive Economist”

Susan HayesCulleton, CFA, “The Positive Economist” is Managing Director of the Hayes Culleton Group, with clients across Europe and the USA. The businesses include BECKSearch which unlocks, diffuses and records strategic tacit knowledge within networks and #SavvyTeenAcademy which manages the entire experience of teenage work experiences in corporate organisations.. The company also provides training, speaking and content development services, in the subject areas of the financial markets, economics and entrepreneurship.

Susan has twice co-authored “Positive Economics”, the market-leading Leaving Cert economics textbook in Ireland, and she is the author of two books published by Penguin, The “Savvy Woman’s Guide to Financial Freedom” and “The Savvy Guide to Making More Money”. Susan is co-founder of The Positive Economist., co-founder of Savvy Women Online, and serves on the boards of the Irish International Business Network and the Ireland Hong Kong Business Forum. Susan holds a Chartered Financial Analyst charter, MSc Executive Leadership frmom Ulster University, BSc Financial Maths and Economics and a Diploma in Taxation.
